At Roland Bailly SAS we cultivate the ideal of family and the transmission of
engineering know-how.
With 42 members of staff, Roland Bailly SAS, a SME (small to medium-sized enterprise) has evolved, while remaining true to the spirit of its origin.
The company trains its own personal "in house", beginning with the recruitment of
apprentices.
The culture of the company is such that every staff member feels valued, has a
voice, and is able to contribute.
The spirit of Family : succeeding his father, Roland, in 2003, and assisted by the
situation of the entirety of workshops and offices on the same site, Thierry Bailly has
succeeded in continuing the family business, where all feel at the same time,
responsible and at ease.
Integration : new staff arrivals benefit from a system of instruction tutorials to help them better integrate into the company and fashion themselves to its day to day
operation.
Formation : for recruitment and training in all three major departments, Roland Bailly
SAS take on appreciates, who at any given time make up roughly 10 % of the total
workforce. In this way progression through the ranks of the company is possible and
allow the company to retain its highly valued staff who have learned their business
"from the ground up".
