Molds of high precision

Our research and development team conceive and design molds to match your

specifications and requirements. They will work with you on any design issues that

arise and advise on choice of materials available. This initial design data is correlated

at the end of the design phase into a finished prototype that belongs to you and is

delivered with the mold.

Molds are made of high grade machine steel and have a specially treated surface

to ensure high performance and long life.

Responding to client needs, we produce different type of high precision molds for

thermoplastics, elastomers, ceramics and silicone. Every finished mold is tested on

an injection machine before leaving the factory to ensure quality is to the specified

tolerances.
