Elevators

Loaders

In mild or stainless steel, principally constructed with front exit for loading components to the desired height.

Used for light parts with a plastic chain in cleats, a variant with a metal chain is available for steel components.

A hopper with an appropriate volume for your automation needs can also be given a protection coating.

Sorting Elevators

Derived from the loading elevator, the sorting elevator allows parts to be correctly orientated, to exit from either the left or right side - either on a vibrating rail, or conveyor belt.

The advantage of the sorting elevator is that it combines many functions into one convenient unit : storage hopper, elevation of parts, part selection and part storage.

Plate Elevators

With the new line-up of plate elevators, type "multi-step EL" we can offer a multi-functional system designed to respond to the most demanding needs of heavy lifting and handling.

Created for the cosmetic industry, the feeder "multi-step EL" is equally used for the

automation procedures of handling metal parts.

The new plate elevator " EL Multi-stop" feeder can be used with a band conveyor or linear vibrators, equipped with robotic systems to manipulate heavy machine parts.

It is also ideal for the manipulation of fragile parts, of which contact must be kept to a minimum.
